1)Automatic bottle delivery: Bottles enter the capping station through a conveyor belt and are fixed by a bottle clamping mechanism.
2)Automatic capping: The bottle cap is sorted by a vibrating disc or elevator and accurately delivered to the bottle mouth.
3)Rubbing and tightening: Four silicone rubbing wheels (usually driven by a speed regulating motor) rotate simultaneously to tighten the bottle cap through friction and pressure, ensuring sealing.
4)Bottle inspection: Bottles that have completed capping are transported to the next process, and some models are equipped with photoelectric detection to ensure that there are no missing caps or poor capping.
