The Brief Introduction of the Small Packing Machine:
The vertical sachet powder packing machine uses rolled packaging film (roll film) to continuously complete the processes of bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, and cutting inside the machine, ultimately outputting individual small bag products.
The Working Steps of the Sachet Powder Packing Machine:
1)Roll film unwinding and traction: A composite packaging film (usually a multi-layer structure, such as PET/AL/PE, providing barrier, strength, and heat sealing properties) is installed on a machine and pulled down smoothly and continuously by a traction mechanism.
2)Bag making molding: The film is folded into a tube shape (back sealed) or a tube shape (three sided sealed) through a precision molding machine (usually a vertical triangular plate molding machine). The longitudinal sealing mechanism (usually a heat sealing wheel or heat sealing strip) performs continuous longitudinal heat sealing at the overlapping of the film, forming a tubular bag body.
3)Measurement and filling: for most powder materials, usually screw weighing measuring and filling type. This type filling type has high filling accuracy and the filling range is wider than the measuring cup type.
4)Horizontal sealing and cutting (bottom sealing):
At the bottom of the bag (for continuous motion machines, the transverse sealing jaws move at intervals along the length of the bag), the transverse sealing jaws (usually containing heating elements and cutting blades) are closed.
Heat sealing: Simultaneously perform horizontal heat sealing on the bottom (for the first bag) or top (for the previous bag)/bottom (for the current bag) of the bag to form a sealed edge.
Cutting: Usually, in the same action, the cutting knife cuts and separates the previous bag that has been filled from the tubular membrane (forming the top seal of the current bag and the bottom seal of the previous bag).
5)Exhaust (optional but important): For powders that are prone to dust or require air to be expelled from the bag, the equipment may be equipped with an air suction device to extract air from the bag opening area after filling and before sealing, reducing dust leakage and improving sealing quality.
6)Finished product output: The cut independent small bags are output through conveyor belts or chutes, and can be connected to subsequent equipment such as weight detection machines, batch number printers, box packing machines, etc.
