1)Two-way stirring mixer with wall scrapper: two-way stirring, very strong mixing force; wall scrapper to sweep down the liquid products stuck on the wall
2)High speed homogenizing speed: 2900rpm
3)Heating/cooling jacket: water or steam as the heating source; tap-water or cold water machine equipped to cool down the products.
4)Heat insulating layer: avoid the damages to the workers by high temperature
5)Pot Tilting system: by handwheel or hydraulic control
