Toothpaste production line involves a series of processing devices: emulsifying mixer, rotor pump, storage tank, tube filling sealing machine, conveying machine, cartoning machine, etc.
1)Emulsifying Mixer
The toothpaste ingredients include powder materials, fat phase and water phase ingredients, depending on specific toothpaste recipe. For simple toothpaste without so many ingredients and in a medium viscious state, the dispersing mixer with scrapper agitator can be enough. For high viscious toothpaste, usually the homogenizer mixer plus the double dispersing mixer are required in an emulsifying pot to reach the good dispersing and emulsifying result.
2)Rotor Pump
Usually, rotor pump is suggested for the automatic paste feeding from the emulsifying pot to the storage tank.
3)Storage Tank
For medium to large production scale, storage tank is usually suggested for the toothpaste buffering use before the filling step.
4)Tube Filling Sealing Machine
Plastic Tube/Laminated Tube/Aluminum tube type packages are often adopted as the toothpaste package material. The tube filling machine can be used for such tube type filling and sealing use, the tube tail can be coding the batch number.
